The Story of Us

Stacy and Ryan... aka Teetle B & Boom Boom

We value the travel community and hope our passion for joy and laughter bring a little lightness to the craziness of life.

3 Decades of Traveling Together

Our first conversation was about traveling the world in our 20s. We got married in 1997, and we raised a son and a daughter.  We lived high in the 90s stock and real estate boom. But it all wasn't unicorns and rainbows. We lost everything, started over, lost faith, found faith, lost our love, found our love again, and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Through it all, we  have learned to not take our time together for granted and not take ourselves too seriously. Now in our 50s, we treat sunsets with sundowners and we will share our favorite boat drinks and snackies with you. Most importantly, we chase  the sunsets and not  the negative opinions and live our lives with purpose.

Soon to bring you on our journey together on YouTube.

Copiously Curious

Join us as we uncover breathtaking hidden gems around the globe. From secluded beaches to charming villages, there's always a new adventure waiting.

Our experience stems first in the real estate arena in the late 1990's and Ryan (aka Boom Boom) is still a commercial real estate appraiser. Stacy (aka Teetle B) was a real estate broker/new construction sales after a quick esthetician career. After the 2008 recession, Stacy went to college and earned her Travel and Tourism/Geography degree and then earned her Master's from ASU in Sustainable Tourism. She also taught tour guiding and sustainable tourism courses as an adjunct instructor at St Cloud State University in  central MN. She was an interpretive ranger in Colorado at Mt Evans at the highest paved road in North America for the U.S. Forest Service and was an interpretive visitor's center guide at the Virgin Islands National Park in St. John, USVI. She has volunteered at Como Park Zoo in St. Paul, MN, and is currently a volunteer at the U.S. FIsh and Wildlife Refuge Visitor's Center in Jordan, MN, as an active MN Master Naturalist. For the past 13 years, she works at a popular vacation tour operator company that is subsidiarily owned by a major airline as an analyst.
